01
Early engagement
We engage with design teams and contractors before installation begins — to define scope, agree configurations, and identify risk while it can still be designed out.
02
Survey-led identification
Every project starts with a review of conditions and proposed details. Specification gaps and existing work that cannot be evidenced as compliant are flagged before work starts.
03
Certified installation
Works are delivered within tested configurations — no shortcuts, no improvisation. Assembly integrity is the basis of long-term fire performance.
04
Compliance-first delivery
Delivery that supports principal contractors and duty-holders in meeting their obligations under the Building Safety Act and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.
05
Documentation & traceability
Every installation documented — photographic records, location referencing, scheme references, material traceability. Evidence built into the work.
06
Accountable handover
Every project closes with a full handover pack — sign-offs, evidence, operations and maintenance documentation. Compliance can be demonstrated long after we’ve left site.
